Early Victorian rosewood open tub chair. This tub chair stand upon turned and fluted front legs with original castors and swept back legs. Period Victorian the seat being of a stuff over form (very comfortable) the shaped back of the chair featuring a carved and pierced back splat and supports. The shaped top rail being of a deep buttoned form. Size: height 28″ (71cm) width 29″ (74cm) depth 30″ (76cm) seat height 14″ (36cm) seat depth 23″ (58cm).
