The ewer has a stylized handle applied to the side. The ewer is exquisitely decorated with birds amidst flowering shrubs to one side and a leafy shrub to the opposite side with extensive use of fine gilding combined with colored enamels on a blush pink and green ground. With powdered gilding to the handle around the spout and lower body of the ewer. With printed makers marks to the base.
