Decorative Russian hand painted lacquered hinged box with red interior. The box with a fox licking his mouth over his discovery of a proudly displayed fisherman’s catch. An unaware fisherman in the background beyond the marshy grasses with pole in hand.
The blue mollted box with a gold border decorated with swimming fish having incredible detail and bits of mother of pearl highlighting the lid. The box opens to a red interior with logo dated 2008 and a single fish. More than likely Fedoskino.

Condition: Please see detail photos. Overall good condition noting a few pinhead sized raised bubbles in the lacquer that iare original to production. Faint surface scratches under the base.
