Late 19th century circa 1882 Victorian / Aesthetic period converted hurricane oil lamp swag pendant light / chandelier. Brass frame with etched cranes on the batwing style side supports. Glass oil reservoir (illuminates with main light); milk glass shade hand painted with blue morning glories; clear hurricane; floral brass smoke bell. Suspends from floral ceiling hook with two chains that can be pulled down or retracted up into the pulley mechanism to adjust the height – pulley mechanism is functional. Plug in.
