This antique silver plated hot water urn was produced by the well known Simpson, Hall & Miller Co. of the United States in approximately 1900 in the period Aesthetic Movement style. The urn features nicely engraved Lily of the Valley stylized flowers on the front with sturdy squared legs with foliage styled mounts. The urn has two post styled handles on solid curved mounts and an accenting pierced finial or handle on the top. The urn is hallmarked with the signature for Simpson, Hall and Miller Co. on the bottom.
