We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely fully restored Victorian wingback armchair with ornately carved frame and claw and ball feet A very nicely restored piece, the chair has been stripped back and reupholstered with luxury purple velvet to the back and sides with and an attractive paisley to the front, the contrast is very circa 1800s English country house fine furniture The base as mentioned is very nicely carved, the claw and ball feet are especially well executed, it has been ebonized black as was the fashion in high Victorian society Dimensions: Height 107cm Width 78cm Depth 82.5cm Seat height 45cm.
